Why can't I apply this coupon?Updated 3 years ago

There are a couple of reasons why a particular coupon may not work, and here are a few things to note:

• Some discount codes are not applicable to subscription orders, which are already discounted by 15%, so if you attempt to apply them to a subscription, they will be rejected.
• Coupons cannot be stacked, and the system will automatically reject one of the coupons. 
• Coupons cannot be stacked with Crunch Points. If your redeemable Crunch Points are not equal to or greater than a discount code, we encourage you to pick the better deal! 
• Did you enter the coupon with any space between letters or numbers? If so, the system will not recognize it.
• It’s possible the code is for one-time use only OR has expired—have you used it before?
